Conditions

1.    The completed and signed 2010 Enrolment Form and payment  must be received by the Conservatorium office before lessons can commence.    Parents are advised to accompany students (under 18) to the first lesson of the term to ensure that all enrolment conditions are met. Enrolment will not be accepted if any fees are in arrears.  Note:  Students are enrolling for the whole of 2010 year.

2.    Term fees are due and payable in full prior to commencing lessons, or the student’s place will not be secured and tuition may be refused. Special arrangements for part-payments may be made in exceptional circumstances (a fee of $2.50 will apply for second and all subsequent payments).

3.    An enrolled and financial one-to-one student (i.e. without arrears and with a completed Enrolment Form) will receive the PROGRESS AND ENROLMENT DIARY. Your tutors will ask you to present the diary as proof of enrolment when attending lessons.

4.    NO REFUND will be given for failure to attend a lesson and/or for withdrawals from any tuition during the term.     Where fees were paid for more than one term in advance, if a student wishes to discontinue lessons, ensembles or classes and a notice IN WRITING is given to the Conservatorium office by the student (or parent/guardian if under 18), a refund may be considered.
If a Class or Group is discontinued due to insufficient enrolments a refund will be made.
Note: It may not be possible to alter lesson times if requested and a tutor is not obliged to make up a missed lesson.

5.    Only if the Conservatorium is unable to provide a tutor for a scheduled one-to-one lesson and that lesson cannot be ‘made up’, the fee for that lesson will be credited or refunded.

6.    The Conservatorium reserves the right to decline or cancel an enrolment in any of its courses, to cancel classes or programs at any time or to change the tutor for any tuition at any time.

7.    HOW TO MAKE PAYMENTS: The Conservatorium office has EFTPOS facilities available and can accept Bankcard, Mastercard and Visa Card payments by phone.   Credit card payments, cheques or Money Orders can be posted to PO Box 1303, Gosford  2250.

8.    LATE PAYMENT FEES (minimum $3.50 fee per transaction) AND COLLECTION COSTS (minimum $60 fee) will apply if the arranged payment of your fees is not made on or before the due date.

9.    THE CONSERVATORIUM CANNOT SUPERVISE STUDENTS OUTSIDE THEIR LESSON TIMES. Prompt drop off and pickup by parents and/or guardians is required. Students under 18 must not be left unattended before or after lessons.

10.    Enrolment Fee:  An Annual Enrolment fee of $35.00 per family applies and is payable on enrolling.

11.    Students may be filmed or photographed for archival or promotional purposes and unless advised to the contrary by the student or parent/guardian (if student under 18 years) permission will be assumed.
