John NottleDirector for Youth Orchestra John studied orchestral conducting with Tsun Yeh Kirk Trevor and
Jonathon Steinberg in The Czech Republic. He was awarded a concert
with the Kromeriz Chamber Orchestra, CZ, which has led to concerts with
various Czech orchestras. He has experience in conducting symphony
orchestras, chamber orchestras, wind ensembles, brass bands and also in
orchestral accompaniment with various instrumental and vocal soloists.
Under the direction of John Nottle, the Brighton School Symphony Orchestra was awarded the 2006 Orchestras Australia School Orchestra Award. Both the Symphony Orchestra and Wind Orchestra have won numerous South Australia and interstate school ensemble prizes. Qualifications: |
